Now Hiring - Business Development Manager - Copiers & IT Services in Conshohocken, PA

Graffen is a growing IT Managed Services Provider that offers Copiers, IT support, VoIP communications to organizations in and around the Philadelphia area. We're looking for a candidate that wants to learn how to sell, including prospecting, proposal generation & delivery. We're looking for someone with experience marketing and selling Copier products within an assigned sales territory.

Compensation will be salary, plus commission, plus team performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and driving our database via phones call, e-mail, social media.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Develop sales goals and KPIs based on the company's growth plans.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Base salary, plus commissions and team bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
